Once we receive your registration forms we will contact you to complete all business, answer questions and place your initial order.
As payment, we accept checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. All initial orders are sent via Priority Mail at no cost to you, however shipping and Handling charges will apply to subsequent orders. Make sure to send us your tax I.D. number on your letterhead for our files. If we do not have your copy on file, taxes will apply to your order.
